A customer in the energy industry approached us to fabricate this solid copper bus bar/neutral jumper bar. The bus bar was composed of copper coil. Fabrication of the assembly consisted of press welding of the legs, milling slots, and brazing the components together.
The assembly was then sanded, ground, and tin-plated, it measured 216mm in length, by 71.75mm in width, with tolerances of ± 0.3mm.
